About Pawtment

What is Pawtment? Pawtment is a curated pet essentials brand built specifically for apartment dwellers, renters, and small-space pet owners. We hand-select products that solve the real problems of small-space pet life — from enrichment for under-stimulated apartment pets to tools that keep your home clean and your neighbors happy.

Who is Pawtment for? Anyone living with a pet in a small space. Apartment renters, condo owners, studio dwellers, dorm residents, city pet parents, first-time pet owners, and anyone with a high-energy pet in a low-square-footage life. If your pet's world is mostly the inside of your home, Pawtment is for you.

Are your products for cats or dogs? Both. We curate products for both cats and dogs because small-space living affects them similarly — limited stimulation, shared spaces, fur on every surface, and the daily reality of indoor pet life.

Where are you based? Pawtment operates out of the United States and ships to customers across the U.S.


Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days after processing. Some products ship from international partner warehouses, which means shipping can take slightly longer than what you might be used to from major retailers. We're transparent about this because we'd rather set the right expectation upfront than disappoint you later.

Why does shipping take longer than Amazon? We're a small, curated brand — not a mega-retailer with warehouses on every coast. To keep prices reasonable and offer products that bigger retailers don't carry, we work with vetted partner warehouses. The tradeoff: shipping takes a little longer, but you get curated products and direct support from a team that actually cares.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you don't see it in your inbox within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at info@pawtment.com.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — sign up for our email list to be the first to know when we ship to your country.

What if my order hasn't arrived? If it's been more than 21 business days since your order shipped and you haven't received it, email info@pawtment.com with your order number. We'll track it down and make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order? Email info@pawtment.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make changes before it ships. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we're unable to modify it — but you can still return it once it arrives (see below).


Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. To start a return, email info@pawtment.com with your order number and reason for return.

Who pays for return shipping? For returns due to defects, damage, or our error, we cover return shipping. For returns based on personal preference (changed your mind, didn't fit your space, etc.), the customer covers return shipping.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective? Email info@pawtment.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

When will I get my refund? Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 days to appear on your statement.

Can I return a used product? For hygiene reasons (especially with feeding mats, lick mats, and paw cleaners), we can only accept returns on unused items in original packaging. If a product has a genuine defect, we'll make it right regardless of use — just email us.


Products

How do you choose what to sell? Every product on Pawtment has to answer one question: Does this make life better for the pet — and easier for the person living with them in a small space? If the answer isn't yes, it doesn't make the cut. We don't carry random pet products — we curate solutions for specific small-space problems.

Are your products safe for my pet? Yes. We curate products made from pet-safe materials (food-grade silicone, BPA-free plastics, non-toxic dyes). That said, no product is indestructible. Supervise your pet during use, follow product instructions, and discontinue use if a product becomes damaged.

Do you sell pet food or treats? No. Pawtment focuses on durable goods — enrichment products, cleaning tools, feeding accessories, and small-space essentials. We leave food and treats to the experts.

What if I need help choosing the right product for my pet? Email info@pawtment.com with your pet's breed, size, age, and the problem you're trying to solve. We'll give you an honest recommendation — even if it's not the most expensive option.


Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. Pawtment uses Shopify's secure checkout, which is PCI-compliant and encrypts all payment data. We never see or store your credit card information.

Do you offer discounts? We send occasional discount codes and early access to new products to our email list subscribers. Sign up at the bottom of any page to join.
